It looks like you need to properly install the run time files again :)

I don't. I have it downloaded correctly, seeing how I can play… But I sent the download link to my friends along with the zipped up game folder, and they got the 339.

Then they need to install the run time files…You can either send the fresh RT files to them or give them the link to the downloads page here and get them to get it themselves.

This may seem like a silly question but I've seen people do this before not just on here…

But for the Interface/File not found problem...You did give them everything right? It can't hurt to double check.

I'm almost 101% positive. I read Robin's guide.

Zipped up the game folder, put in the free file host, gave my friend the direct link to it, then gave them the link for the Runtime Files. The thing is though, that when I tried doing the same thing for… I got the same error message. So what else is supposed to be in that zipped folder? Or do they have to download the entire EO thing? The Main Download thing.
