Anna Comnena
Placing tiles into your "levels" is what mapping is.Your gameworld is built up from maps, maps are your default gamespace. You use the in-engine map editor to modify and create your gamespace. To use new tilesets, place them in your Tiles directory (EO uses tilesets as they are added). If the new tileset graphic file is large or doesn't otherwise work, you'll need to edit them with an image editor (GIMP, Photoshop, MSPaint, etc.), and crop them to be smaller or whatever else you need.
