  1. > Wrong

You realize how many different species of beetles there are, right? There are enough species that they wouldn't fit on a cruise ship, let alone on a stone age man's boat… and that's not even considering any other species besides BEETLES. And if evolution doesn't exist, then how do the plants that WOULDN'T survive under thousands upon thousands of pounds of pressure (they were buried DEEP underwater if the whole world flooded) still exist today? And where did all of this water just suddenly come from?

Holy shit. I can't believe I'm even arguing about this with you. You obviously have no ducking clue about biology fundamentals. It's not even worth my time anymore.
  2. > How did a boat get on a mountain? Anyway, it ~~could be~~ **is** a hoax.

    Fixed.

I was more referring to the fact that it's literally impossible to fit all the animals in the world on one boat. That's just idiotic.

And if the whole world flooded to biblical proportions, how did all the plant life survive?
  3. > Anyway, they did find the Ark of the Convent and Noah's Ark. I guess historical evidence isn't good enough though. Do you believe the Earth had a global flood around 5,000 years ago? We can start there.

    **Proof?**

  5. 1) You aren't making dubstep, the thing is generating it for you

    2) They both suck

    3) This isn't a debate

    4) You guys are completely discrediting those who make REAL dubstep with REAL VSTs and not some shitty generator
  6. Okay, sorry to burst your buble, but this is **not** good at all.

There are ways to be minimalistic and cartoony without looking like you made the graphics in 2 seconds. Seriously, this "art" you've done requires no skill to do. You simply just drew a bunch of lines and slapped some generic default MS Paint pallet colors onto it. This isn't a "style"– it's just laziness. Nobody besides a few Eclipsers would ever play a game that looked like that.

Now that I've broken it down, time for some construction:

    1) Learn shading

    2) Learn actual line art (using the line tool != lineart)

    3) Learn how to make an actual pallet and not cheesy colors

    4) Look at PROFESSIONAL cartoony art (Maplestory, any JRPG, etc) and see what it's supposed to look like

I'm sorry, but I'm tired of no actual feedback being given on these threads. They just fester into huge circlejerks and it's resulted in very crappy work recently. Ignore everyone who's all over you right now because _they won't help you get better_. Everyone just swarms for the likes and post counts now.
  7. > He claimed it as truth, so I said he was wrong. There is much evidence showing that God exists, so claiming that you're right without even understanding the Bible is not true. I would never say there can't be a God 100%. I could never be an atheist. I'd rather be agnostic.

I've asked you for peer reviewed proof _20 times now_ and you haven't provided _any_. Each time you link to some Youtube video made by some no-name pastor. _None of those sources are valid_. Using your logic, I could just keep linking to atheist blogs as proof that god doesn't exist, but I don't because _those are made for entertainment_.
  8. > Why is everyone so obsessed with Cici? I'm weird I guess. I am not obsessed with anyone.

    > To be honest, this thread isn't striking up any intelligent conversation. There's only spam and bickering here.

You're the only one bickering bro.
  9. > I just get the impression most people who don't believe in God are just looking for petty reasons not to.

Do you honestly think that I _don't want_ there to be a loving god out there that would make us live forever? When I realized I was an atheist, it wasn't because I wanted to be one, it was because I realized that religion is utter liez. If I had the choice to choose between immortality and being dissolved into the universe, which one do you think I'd choose?

It's not a matter of what I want to be right, it's a matter of what **is** right. The difference between you and me is that I look at facts while you shove your head up your arse and start screaming "LALALALALA" whenever I present a valid point.

I want there to be an afterlife. I want to live forever.

There isn't an afterlife. I won't live forever.

    The truth hurts.
  10. > Throw in the 10k postcount and the painties and you have yourself a deal. ![^_^](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.png)

    HE'S HACKED! OH NO!
  11. > How can you trust a book that has been rewritten again to take out all women and make it out that Mary Magdalene is a trollop?

It was written by god bro! Trust me brah, I can feel him inside me!

    > He can, but isn't it better to have people who follow you freely?

Not if it means that the people that I love (God is the ultimate lover right?) have to suffer in eternity. I don't think my pride of having others love me freely is worth billions of souls suffering in hell forever if they choose not to. Maybe it's just my opinion though ![;)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png)
  12. > So, you're saying God should actively show Himself to the world to say: look I'm God. People would still reject Him. Are you kidding me?

If God was so powerful, couldn't he just make everyone believe in him with the flick of his wrist?

    > Jesus said He was God and was killed for it.

That's because he wasn't god. If he actually did those miracles the bible talks about, nobody would've killed him. He was just a stinky middle eastern dude who was told by his slutty whore of a mother that he was special so that she could cover up the fact she lost her virginity to some random carpenter. If Jesus actually wanted people to believe in him, he would have done something to prove it. Thousands of people claimed to be the son of god during this period, and Jesus' plan was just really well thought through– enough that it became viral.

Speaking of the New Testament, all of the chapters contradict themselves. One says Jesus was all powerful, while another said that Jesus didn't do any miracles and didn't speak about being the son of god until the resurrection (which was never proved). It sounds to me like Jesus either didn't exist or his "miracles" were just really hyped up by his posse for power reasons. In fact, none of the writers of the NT even knew Jesus and were all 3rd+ generation accounts. Anybody could've fluffed a few stories in there easily.
  13. > No, it is man trying to force their views onto others. You seem to not understand the Bible at all.

"The bible says the bible is true therefor the bible is true"

    Infallible logic bro.

    > There's so many people end up bringing harm upon His image by interpreting the Bible wrong.

The definition of the "correct way to interpret the bible" changes every 50 years. 1000 years ago the "correct way" was to kill scientists when they made discoveries that challenged the church. It was also the "correct way" to pay your way to heaven. It is still the "correct way" to deny gays their rights. If god can truly not be understood since he's a mystery, why do you claim to know his intents?

Also, you still actively follow the old testament and you just pick and choose what to ignore and what to follow. The chapter about forbidding homosexuals from a public life (which is the chapter the current pope uses to justify his anti-gay marriage stance) also forbids followers from consuming pork. Why so selective?

    > Freedom of choice is the most important reason people are separated from God: you are given a free gift

Why would an all-loving and all-knowing god allow you to have freedom if he knows you're going to rot in hell for it? If I had a son, I wouldn't allow him to do things he shouldn't do, so why doesn't god prevent us from harming ourselves? If there is a god, I'm 100% sure people would prefer that he would prevent us from being hurt over having freedoms.

This is essentially like a parent saying "here little child, you have the freedom to eat whatever you want from the refrigerator, but if you eat too much ice cream I'll throw you into a flaming pit of fire". Wouldn't a responsible parent prevent the child from eating the ice cream since the child would be foolish and eat it anyways, unaware of the consequences?
  14. > My beliefs do not harm people.

Gays, atheists, women, and people of other religions wouldn't have rights if your religion got it's way. Don't fool yourself.

    > It isn't religion's fault that you got to keep skeletons in the closet

Yes it is. The bible _specifically_ says that you have to kill non-believers.

    > I mean if you don't got the guts to stand up for your beliefs why did you even switch to atheism?

Because I would be given goddamn death threats, you ducking twat. If other people want to be ignorant, they have the right to. Unlike you, I don't go around flamboyantly shouting what my views on spirituality are (without being provoked) _because I couldn't give two ducks about what other people think_. If religion makes my parents or others happy, I'm perfectly fine with them living in their fantasy. However, when people like you show up and suddenly start preaching their views in my face, posting shitty videos without any facts, and open themselves up to criticism, I get annoyed. I need to state my views so some little kid doesn't see your video and suddenly think that it's 100% true. I need to provide an opposing viewpoint for their sake and for the point that this is a debate board.

Just because something is a more painful path doesn't make it wrong. I'm an atheist because I see beyond the "logic" of religion. In fact, I didn't "choose" atheism at all– the facts were presented to me and I chose to accept them versus ignoring them in order to gain acceptance and peace of mind.

Again, the truth hurts. I don't need some fake religion to be my crutch.
