hmmm, i might just work on gfx until solar eclipse comes out then start working on the actual game. by them im sure ill be much better at scripting and stuff, (and ill be 20 XD) -

well i just suck at scripting so ima first add basic stuff, like scripted tiles for quests and stuff, as for sources ill do that stuff when i figure out how to fix my vb6, btw if u can help me with fixing my vb6 so pm me cus visual studios is expensive XD! -

i really havent given any thought to that til now XD i think i might take the mages "heeal" spell away and make a cleric class.
Also anyone with suggestions post here so i can give them thought and what not, this whole thread is a lil unorganized so when i start my WIP ill spend awhile on it. -
much better then my first game. i read the whole story, which was pretty good, but you may want to put that on a website for the game and make a short version for your WIP. Map is pretty cool too, your maps are terrific FOR BEGGINER i think someone said something about that they need a little work.

these are blurry for some reason, and i enlarged as much as i could without them being too distorted, but w/e. lemme know if u like em.
thats what i got so far.
Also in my game, Rats go in the sewer, not the desert, only things like bandits, or goblins will drop money and pants, not bears, never has there been a cactus in jungle, and only moss can grow on rocks, no flowers, or corn…
im also going to have it so you can pick flowers, and corn, and apples from the plants, and either sell or eat them. -

and under it, in smaller letters GAMES
i want letters grey and i want the backround transparent (look at ddunits sig, theres nothing behind the letters, thats wat i want.)

im using projevt vertigo, and i was wandering if there was a way to make my npcs either come at me faster, or if i can arm my npcs with ranged weapons.

3-4 months to get
PS3 with games: Vikings fight for asgard, need for speed pro street. 400$ 2-3 months to get
Wii with games: pikimin 2, super smash bros, Toribash. 250$
1-2 months to get
All come with internet connections. -

as soon as i get vb6 (and 3.0 comes out) im going to reconstruct an old game tactics ogre for online play.
Features:
tactical rpg
up to 10 units per player
classic classes including ninja, knight, dragon tamer etc…
new classes like lancer, bard, and different beasts.
main map (this means instead of walking from town to town there is a HUGE map with icons on it symbolizing different places)
and more ideas in development
this is a long project (about 1 or 2 years(( tactics ogre the series was a really long game series)))
if your willing to help lemme know. ill start as soon as 3.0 comes out (im getting vb6 in like 2 days.) -
basically any of those (they are file paths) open them up with like paint or gimp (you SHOULD have paint in start, programs, accessories) (gimp is a free download just google it) and basically edit whatever you want to edit you can find how to edit in the tutorials section im sure.
(p.s.) eclipse/client/gfx/sprites basically means go to your eclipse file, then open client folder, then open gfx folder find sprites and right click it, select paint ;) -

those hurt SOOO bad… get that one.... or the jg they are pretty easy to hide and run with. if wherever you have wars at has a high spot (eg. we have a treehouse in the forest) then get the g36e. -
