Wait how do i attach a spell to a item?

So i made a spell and made it for a magician to learn it at lv2. But when he turns lv2 he doesn't get the spell. So how do i make him get it?

I can't see anything in night time and its really annoying.. is there a way to take it out?

I keep getting this C:\users\name\desktop\Eclips Evolution2.7\Client\sfx\sword.wav! Either the path/URL you types is incorrect, or your computer does not have the codex required to play it. Now my computer can play the sound but it for some reason i keep getting this error… any help please? :)
