  1. > Ok, here's your challenge:
    > If this is not about opinion, where is your 'real' proof that all faith in God is not just an opinion, bred by the church to look like facts?

How can anything be real when brought against with such insane notions and negativity?

Do you honestly think I cannot see through you? I have told you I have been where you are and that I have ascended. This is not mathematics or relativity, this is my word. You have to believe or disbelieve and it is entirely your choice.

If you see this entire system of life, even down into an atomic level, then you cannot doubt the existence of a creator. Everything in this universe originates from some source. Be it people or products, everything is created in some way.

Our world is creation centered, with the negative force of destruction to carry away creation.

So, how can you say (without being a predetermined naysayer) that this life, this creation is not without some familiar source. That there cannot be a creator.

Like I have shown you in scripture the Romans did not accept God thus they did not receive him.

Accepting God is a process and this I can show you. If you do not wish to entertain such a simple process (which, by your definition, should have no affect because there is no God) then you are a coward and your arguments are then unacceptable.
  2. I struggle to understand why my input is dismissed in favor of the opportunity yo argue amongst yourselves.

This topic has gone on for about 10 pages with no real substance. I seek to end this. This is debate, not "insert your opinion and tell everyone you cant be wrong because it's an opinion."

I don't care if I hurt your feelings and you should not care to pamper mine. Instead, let us talk in reality, outside of the politically correct universe that chokes our society.

I will play the role of super christian and I will make claim to honor God and give knowledge to those who seek it.

Go ahead, bring me any argument or evidence you believe is concrete. I will coagulate your reality until you refuse to address me once more.

This is an open challenge, I dare anyone to take the stage with me.

As my last post points out, this is why you do not feel his presence.

    Read it again.

God is not vengeful or malicious, he is just. He is the creator and maintainer of all life and his only wish is for you to become both successful and close to him.

This passage has a lot of fine words, but what exactly does it say?

It describes the state of Rome shortly after the crucifixion of Jesus. The apostle Paul (a servant of Jesus Christ) is literally laying out the structure of Roman civilization shortly after Jesus' crucifixion and mediates God's message to the people of this era.

When he says "them" he is referring to the Romans, who are described as having corrupt ways. The Roman gods are written by Paul as being "images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles."

    when he says

    > Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

Paul is referring to the abandonment of God's teaching by Rome in favor of their own pleasure and fame. Because of this, God was unhappy with Rome and he allowed the sinful to fall into their own destruction, instead of protecting them.

It says sexual immorality came upon those who sinned, described as being "shameful lusts." This particular line explains quite clearly what was happening in Rome.

    > Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

So, homosexuality was rampant in both the male and female citizens of Rome.

Paul continues to explain the situation in Rome.

    > 28Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. 29They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are gossips, 30slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

So, heres another big one. Let's break it down.

    > 28Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.

Again, God expresses his disappointment with the Roman people. It says they did not even consider God to be worthwhile! Because of this, God abandoned the Roman people who had abandoned him.

    > 29They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.

Here Paul describes how Romans were seen in this time. Senseless, faithless, heartless and ruthless. Romans, without God, went backwards.

    > 32Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

Probably the most powerful sentence in this passage. It says that the Romans KNEW God's righteous decree (just as all of you know, none of you can say you are without spiritual resource.) but actively refused to follow it, encouraging others to do the same.

Without God, Rome fell to Satan's traps and was destroyed, just as the bible has claimed. Read it again! Although they knew God's righteous decree that those who did such things deserved death, they not only continued to do these very things but also approved of those who practice them!

God did not lead the Romans into destruction, rather Rome lead itself into destruction. God did not cause the Romans to abandon him, instead by their own action they refused his word and did not see him as being significant.

    > Ahh, so you don't have proof.. because faith is just believing in something. I've read the book (WASTE OF TIME!), it contains no proof of the existence of god, you sir.. FAIL!

As an ex-atheist I know what it's like to have no faith. Its something you cant understand unless you have it.

Faith can be placed in many things, yes you're right, but lets see what the bible has to say about blind faith.

Now, instead of ignoring my post and rushing to make your point, let's take the time to read.

This is from the book of Romans, a chapter of the new testiment. It basiclly tells the western world (gentiles) what God expects of them.

(It's intresting to note that the new testiment is only 300 pages, so it is not the tome many believe it to be.)

Here, it talks about people who do not have faith in God, but instaed have faith in many other things. More specifcly, faith in idols and yourself (I.E. Being your own God.)

    > 21For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

It says that God abandoned the foolish. That those who believe what they will are not aware of their own foolishness. God is not a text book. He is not a religion. He is not the pastor at your church. He exists within you, not without.
  6. Romans 1

1Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— 2the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures 3regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David, 4and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. 5Through him and for his name's sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith. 6And you also are among those who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.

7To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints:
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
    Paul's Longing to Visit Rome
8First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being reported all over the world. 9God, whom I serve with my whole heart in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you 10in my prayers at all times; and I pray that now at last by God's will the way may be opened for me to come to you.

11I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong— 12that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith. 13I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.

14I am obligated both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish. 15That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are at Rome.

16I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 17For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."
    God's Wrath Against Mankind
18The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

24Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

28Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. 29They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
  7. I operate webspace in the wild west of internet and I will freely trade anyone some resource if they are in need.

I do not believe in credit or bills so I will not charge anyone for this service. But it will not be free…

Also, I seek a programmer who can effectively operate the source (and beyond) to come aboard my mmo team. This is something I am willing to put money into.
