Very well put YuraguKoto,and Ninja is right someone would have to be very advanced with timers.
I been working with timers myself,but for that it would need a vb6 god,or something.
Try finding someone to do it,it might be hard to find someone to do it for free though. -

Be sure to save changes,and restart the server.

1st off it will not atk if you hit 0 or lower,so be sure you have the def stat low on the npc.
2nd Someone cannot simply tell you how to script,it takes hours and hours of practice.
Just make sure the stats are low,and then try to attack it.
If you still have problems,make it attack on site,and see if you can hit it then.
And if you still can't post back on here,and I will look for the answer.
