This is what the head of your sprites look like. Fix that and it will look a lot better! -
> He offered nothing here. ZooooOOOOOoom. Sound that shit made when it went right over your head.
Well, it makes sense to me. Why would he re-write all the information for you to read when you can listen to it? I guess he could have embed the videos in to the OP, though. -
> Surprised someone else decided to call him out on pitching his youtube channel and Facebook page.
His youtube channel only talks about Banana Paradise, and the voice over has a fair bit of information. From what I can see, there are no reason for him to advertise his youtube channel other than to share the information. -
Do you not get it? Wing? Chicken? Chicken Wing? ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png)

Because Wing was on the other side.

> Read… Don't use "tl:dr"
The point of explaining it is so people who don't understand what the concept of this is can get the gist of it. I'm sure DeathTheKid knows what it is, but what about the people reviewing your work? -
> Have you tried the built-in event editor? You can add messages to the player about quest requirements. You can use "change items" to both take quest requirements and give quest rewards. There are many other switches and events to play around with.
>
> Be careful when selecting items that you don't go below item#1, as the developers did not include the simple RTE9 fix.
This guys account doesn't exist anymore (DeathMoves). -
> Yea, my graphic designer skills are worse then.. let's not go there. As well as, what do you mean by "Eclipse-Related" things?
Probably things that people one Eclipse would find useful as an addition to their projects. -
What version? Also the dimensions have to be multiples of 32.
-
I agree with Kusy. The most amazing pieces of pixel art I've seen takes months to create, when you can make something else with equal satisfaction in a lot less time. As Kusy said, pixel art is not the only way to utilize eclipse as a 2D source. Some people, in a way, paint their sprites and tile sets.

> I totally misread this as Pizza online… That is all.
Welcome back!
Jumpahead, can you post the link the they story here? I rather not look for it. Also how does the name contribute to this game? -

According to the websites terms, these are only modifications of the RTP graphics that belong to RPG Maker. RPG Makers policy does not allow their graphics to be used outside of their product.

This is from the websites terms, which translate to
> And use of works other than in the Maker: Not Allowed
So unless you're using RPG Maker VX, you would not be allowed to use these face sets. -
> $10 per sprite won't work… $10 per good tileset, yeah.
If you manage to get a good tile set for $10.00 dollars you would be _very lucky._
Normally tilesets can go to the triple digits ($100.00 or more) or even break $1000.00 depending on the quality of the work and who you are purchasing it from.
As for sprites, I usually get people to pay me around $20.00 per sprite. With that said, you may be able to find someone who is willing to volunteer to work for free, however it is unlikely. Pixel art takes a lot of time. -
"I Swallowed My Arrow Key" is a timed hack and slash game where you must complete randomly-generated objectives to keep your timer from running out. It's also [our](http://sleepystudios.com/) Ludum Dare 26 entry!
Check it out on Ludum Dare: [http://www.ludumdare…eview&uid=23171](http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-26/?action=preview&uid=23171)

**How to Play**
The objective is to play as long as possible by completing quests. You begin with 30 seconds on the timer, and your time will increased as you complete the quests. When the timer hits 0 the game ends.

I don't know man, all I know is Comic Sans is most definitely not a font. -
Still looking for a pixel artist to work on some animations with me ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)

> Animation is tedious indeed.

> The swing attacks don't look very powerful. Why? Because the movement is slow and the swing ends abruptly in front of the player. The guy is more or less attacking the spot to his right. If you were to keep the same number of frames but increase the area of the swing, it'd look more natural imo. I'm not sure if I like the current motion blur effect…
Thanks for the advice! Uploaded the animation for a weapon that has a two combo!

Besides $600 dollars being far too low of a price point, there are other things to consider. What if you decide you don't like this in the end. This is a lot of work, and if you decide afterwards that you don't want this anymore then you could potentially be wasting the amount of effort that was point into it. There needs to be some way for you as an employer to meet up half-way with who ever will end up working for you.
Also, just a heads up but you forgot Pokemon breeding. Good luck finding a programmer! -

> That's just your opinion…
Ark is saying that an opinion cannot be "wrong" because it is an opinion, however you can disagree with someones opinion. Ark just likes to be very wordy and tries to sound smart so it's harder to understand what he's saying. -

> I'm happy you have a clear idea of how you want the game to be played. Releasing a client with lower quality music is probably your best compromise between your file size issue and insistence on a mammoth music library.
>
> A typical 60+ hour single player rpg has less than 200-300mbs of MP3s. A single Mario game has around the same, many of them with far, far less. IMO it's indefensible for a budding ORPG to need 2-3 times that, **even if it was MozartOnline.** Do you have a storyboard or something to guide the game's development? Add a musical dimension to it. Right now your music uses the junkyard approach to game development, rather than a selection of the parts you need with a few spares. That to begin with I dislike the in-game system with which that poor planning is concerned only compounds my opinion of this strategy. Anyway, since this is getting to be old hat, this will be my last mention of the excess of music files or your game's file size.

Where can I play Mozart Online?
