I'm a 25 year old Networks Administrator from Norway, i've worked with Eclipse before, though not Origins, I'm looking to brush up on my skills, (I haven't done this in a few years) And i'm therefore looking for a good project to join, i've got experience mapping, making simple pixel art and I've got excellent written English skills, if i may say so myself :)
I've worked for World of Hyrule earlier, and altso DragonLords Online. I have experience with GraphicsGale and i know how to program a little Visual Basic.

I recently bought myself a VPS in the US, it is on a 10/10 mbit connection with 512 mb ram and 2gz processor with several connections to the internet and UPS, so it will NEVER go down, or so they claim :) I would like to take this opportunity to offer my services to anyone who is serious about making a game. I can use GraphicsGale to some extent and I have paperdolled some, but the main reason for offering this FREE service is so that I can learn and educate myself further :)
Oh forgot to mention, i can altso host your website on prefix.vpscustomer.com or with a redirect if you don't like my URL :P (it was free with my VPS)
And i've some experience in mapping if it is needed :)

So..many…kids....whining... lol :D I think eclipse is good, its a great way to learn how to make an MMO, and i've learned alot from using it. Stop bitchin and act like 1"%! human beings. PLEASE :D

LOL. I must be suffering from this disease MrMiguu:) At any rate i thought it was funny, have you seen the Anime series Soul Eater? :P
Btw, all the maps you see here have been vastly improved thanks to everyones CONSTRUCTIVE criticism :)
I think i'm a much better mapper than i was when i started with eclipse :)

Idd. all this says is the game is "snow/ice time" i hope you have some custom tiles is all i have to say because RMXP doesn't really have that much snow or ice. :P

i figured out a temporary workaround, just using the old client.exe whenever i'm scripting. still. this new client.exe would come in handy for both working banks and /editmain command in one client :) -
Hey i work together with Joe on his project and i was just wondering, you guys ever used the /editmain command? it's really handy when editing main.txt remotely, with this client.exe fix though the client.exe for the /editmain command can't be used i was just wondering if you guys knew of any alternative way to get this command again(i know it existed on older version of eclipse) while keeping the bank fix as well. :D would really appreciate it :)

As soon as Joe posts here you guys jump down on him like some pack of rabid wolves, anyway, i'm co owner of this game and i'd like to say something if i may :)
This isn't a fully functional game in any way, we haven't decided upon anything permanently yet, the music, gui, sprites, paperdolls and possibly tilesets are going to have changes made.
As of yesterday i've been working constantly on improving my scripting skills and i've successfully implemented baron's quest system and start-up items.
Our staff is working in EU and US Time so we have someone on there almost around the clock, polishing our maps, which are in NO way done.
What we have now is merely a foundation for our mappers to start building on.
Everyone who wants to be a mapper of staff of this game needs to prove their worth to me.
If there's any sadscripters out there who really know what they are doing i'd love to get in touch with you and discuss scripts for dragonlords since i've only just begun to delve into the particular subject.
Anyway, we've got 65 maps not 40 :p
