I told it to speak useing the F1-Edit Npc Npc 1 Speak:Blah Blah Blah (understand?) I am just useing the default press enter and it speaks to you.

I sleep all day until i forget why i was having a bad day. Or i bore myself to death. (has same effect)

I just added some and it did not work.

My Npc wont speak. I have it as friendly. I have tried every command even the ones that arent for chatting or speakign to Npc. Why wont it speak.
