    Hmm okay I just did a couple more tests, sorry its a bit vague but basically if I make any other weapons they can be equipped fine, however if I make a weapon as item 2 in the item list, it'll crash the server with overflow runtime error 6, even if I delete the item and make another one. It doesn't matter to me because I can just not use that slot. Its just a bit odd haha.

  2. Yeah I had an issue with it when me and my mate were trying a few things, he was sliding all over the place and could only lightly tap his arrow key or he would end up across the map.

    Also getting a weird server crash when equipping weapons, the overflow rte.
  3. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate this engine. It is fantastic. I'll probably donate at some point. I am a gold member for IV but the bugs and inability to fix some of the nasty things left in there drew me away from it, this engine offers a lot more in my opinion.

    Also apologies if this has been covered already but I get a really weird issue where when midi music is playing on a map, one of the instruments such as a violin or something will get stuck and loop over itself until it becomes unbearable haha.
  4. Just wondering if there is a way to lock classes from being selectable on character creation. So for example if I want more advanced classes to only be accessible by reaching the requirements In-game with your character instead of being able to choose them outright.

    True but its a bit of a pain in the backside to do that for every sprite I want to use for a quest.

    Still getting the same error, pretty bizarre. The log simply says:

    ```

    Does not just happen for that frm either.

    Mind sharing the fix with those of us not too savvy with vb?

    I'm trying to grasp it by diving in but I still don't know much and I've been getting runtime error 9 when attacking with certain pieces of equipment equipped.

    I can only assume its a similar error.

    Edit:

    I'm also getting an odd error after getting the latest version from bitbucket when I try to open the client.vpb, doesn't happen for the server.

  8. There's a bit of a problem with the titles where depending on what you set the requirements as, new characters simply start with them, even if you create an item for the title.

    If you add requirements, even with the item in possession the title cannot be used. Just so you know.

    I appreciate you not particularly wanting to spend too much time on this engine and would donate if I had the spare cash but I cannot at this time.

    Ah okay thanks for the reply.

    Hmm, sorry if I'm missing something but I don't see any way to select what title the item adds in the UI.

  10. I must say I love your engine, I'm getting a little confused by the titles though, especially the 'title' items, how exactly are they supposed to work?

    Also, is it intentional that a couple of buttons on the UI do nothing? I'm assuming we put those features in ourselves?
  11. Hey im using EE 2.7 and if i make a friendly npc and enter some speech text, place it on a map and attack it no text comes up - ive tried pretty much everything - is npcs talking bugged cus it seems to only work for enemies :S
  12. How would I implement these icons into my game so that they show up next to the appropriate access's name in the game and in the chat box?
