I purchesed a server not that long ago but the software does not allow conections from other computers without downloading a certain program. I have better suited software but no clue how to transfer it to my server. Please help.

Can anyone help me? I'm usina a tileset I downloaded and I always get a gray box around things. How do I remove it? e.g. make it transparent. Edit: Sorry I just noticed this is the wrong area to post this can someone move this?
