the tilesets we use are from enterbrain, anyone can use them, thats also where xtremeworlds gets the tiles from

when you make currency, always use the first item slot on item editor as money, it should fix it..if not, check what you are doing, you may have swords as a currency

no, 2.6 was a major downgrade..thats pretty much it though, 2.7 is great, and if you are just after stability, use barons EE

learn how to use it basically lol, theres no point downloading VB6 unless you know how to at least script using it

TE is obsolete, it will never be updated and you will never get support for it EE has many more features, isnt as stable though, however, with new versions comes better stability..honestly, I dont even know why TE is even an option to download on the main page anymore

is there a way a mod could shut down the server with a command? example: /servershutdown then it shuts down the server obviously, any help would be appreciated :lol:

man I dont know about you guys, but Ive had about 20+ people gold duping/item duping, and I have no idea how this is happening.. is it a packet thing? or a program? Im never on when it happens so I cant follow them around.. the major thing that sucks is when they dupe gold thats like over 100k or whatever, game gets a runtime error 6 or 9 that totally shuts down the server, ruining it for other people..im using EE 2.5, if that helps, any way to prevent this..?

I was wondering, how do you change the color of the writing on the character page? like, defence, strength, speed, I want to change the color of that writing to white, same thing with player names also, instead of yellow

ok, now that im using EE 2.5 with the source, how would I go about setting a limit to what crit and block could get up to? also, if thats not possible, how would I get rid of crit/block all together?

is account data saved when the players log out? and is it also saved if players are on, and I shut the server down while they are on? just wondering

im having some trouble with shops..im using EE 2.4, when I add something to a shop, when I deleted it and press ok, its not on there, but when I actually go into the shop its still there also, all the items on page one of a shop, have the SAME images for page 2, but the names and descriptions are different..

how do you see player data on EE? I know how to do it on TE in the accounts folder you can see theyre items/level/stats ect, but how do you do this in EE? all I can see are the char data files 1 2 and 3, but I open them and its just jibberish..

do all versions of EE use the same standard tileset? just wondering because if not im gonna have to upload my client n stuff for people to download, if its the same as the rest of the EE versions itll make life easier for me :)

would you play a VERY down to earth typical ORPG? I was thinking of making one, simple classes..warrior,mage,priest, the bread and butter classes however, there would be only one town, which would sell everything you need,then basically a few maps leading to a cave, the cave would have about 100+ levels below the earth, pretty much like a dungeon crawler, with bosses on each level that would gaurd the next level down I know it sounds reeeally simple..but then again, I dont think ive ever seen it done before, and the 3 classes would definately need to work together to make it down the later levels, plus a few puzzles requiring 2 or more people what do you think? the graphics would look very oldschool also, with rare item drops ect from bosses, and item sets, with simple quests for each dungeon

I was a bit suprised that on a morpg board I couldnt see a world of warcraft topic! anyway, I have a bit of an dumb story..I havent played it for about a year, and they have reset all the talents and alot of other things, so Ive just started up again, wandering around killing stuff, wondering why the hell im so weak and confused why the removed the skill Aimed Shot turns out, they reset all your talent points a few months earlier, so im getting my ass kicked by things 5 levels under me.. :-\

cant people just like, copy all maps from the client they recieve and just paste em into theyre own server to just copy the maps you made? also, when distributing your client,is it best to delete all the maps in the map folder before distrubuting it? or should I just leave them in? thanks!

is there a way to add more than 10 tilesets? I want to add some more, or can there only be a max of 10 tilesets? im using TE also, is there a way to change the top part of the client where it says the game was made using eclipse then the www.touchofdeath.tk, Im not going to get rid of that, I just want to put it on my website, im gonna have a big credits page with everyone that has helped me thus far
