Has anyone realized that the mods for the wishlist are all gone/ non-active?

Does this command fire the arrow from a person only or can it be used to fire arrows from tiles or npcs?

This most likely is a stupid question but how do you refer to Monsters.

I was browsing about looking for programs I could use with the copies of vb.net and C# and I found this it resembles eclipse engine so much the Main looks almost the same!
