okay joar u might have to redownload the program because I had to redownload mines instead of letting it update from the old versions….so download the new version manually and then just copy the files that you want and go from there...pm me if it works or not

okay u might need to re route the power source of the router first and what do u have the modem connected too…i have mines connected to my desktop and then thats how i got mine to work...so u really need to re route the power first and then go from there
