Windows XP Service Pack 3 doesn't come up when I choose it to run the program in.

I try to compile on the 'Client', and it highlights '.RemoteHost =.' Under ModClientTCP and it says method or data member not found.
I try to compile on the 'Server', and it highlights '.Local IP.' Under ModGeneral and it says method or data member not found. -

I still get an error when I compile… I got VB6 two days ago, but I used Way 1 (Downloaded Version) before I got it. I opened the client in VB6 and it still said 'Variable Not Defined.'

When I try to upload my game to the Eclipse File Host I keep getting this error:
