i know that im really late with this but here it goes, Im new here to eclipse, you can call me chukillz (pronounced Chuckles) i am trying to learn as much as i can, I have met alot of you guys already (and possibly burnt a few bridges as well) there are a few people on here that i have become really good friends with. ok another question then, if i was to set up a quest giver on map1 and the player finishes the quest, and then i set up the same npc on map2 as a quest giver, would it still count as the same quest for the NPC on the different map? (i hope that wasnt confusing for you :P )

well i can help with a host for the website where you can upload your zip folder for your game so people can download it, if that is what you mean, as for a host for your game…i cant host your game directly only the website :P

no justn your wrong, the ! should show up if there is a new quest, the ? should show if there is a quest in progress.

alatar about your ? and ! code, Thank you i was looking at ryokus code and the first thing i noticed right from looking at the code is that it only showed the ? :P i am still working on getting this in to my game (i am having some help for the obvious reason that im not very good at vb6) but all in all i want to say thanks On another note, do you think there will be a future version that will allow NPCs to be used for more then one quest? because the way i see it, (and tell me if i am wrong please) if i set up a NPC as a quest giver and then that NPCs quest is finished, then for the remainder of the game, that NPC is useless and it will just be there in the game with no future purpose.

Erwin where did i say that i was going to use v1.0? i was asking about it so that i could see what i need to take out and such because i didnt label the quest system in my code i just simply added the code so i need to know what i should take out so that i could start adding v1.1\.

hey alatar do you have the post for v1.0 still? maybe you can email it to me or something? also what do i do if i have added things to my frmMain? i would have to go and re add everything wouldnt i? would you be able to show the code and stuff that you did to it? or would i have to go through and try to find it my self?

nice work alatar :) thank you, here are a few questions/concerns that i have tho. 1) is there a way that we would be able to use the same NPC for different quests? like we get done with one quest and then we go back to that NPC that gave us the quest, can we get a new quest from that NPC? (if you dont understand i can explain it more in detail. 2) is there a way that we can put a ! or a ? over the NPC to let us know that there is a quest available or already in progress? Thanks again

hey i never said that i know alot but i have been through enough to know what im talking about ;) but all i am saying here is that the formation and the movement is pretty darn cool to me hahah

that doesnt look like a tornado to me…have you ever seen a tornado that stretches over 3 states? if that is normal then i get your point but i have never seen a tornado that big. PS: i have spent my entire life down south in florida, im new to the northern states. so if this is normal for tornadoes to look like it is shown in the radar then im going back home to florida :P

hey guys i have been watching the weather here where i live in Illinois. From the looks of it, it looks like it is a mini hurricane. LOL winds are starting to pick up a bit and its rainy and cold, here is an image of the radar.  I think it is pretty cool if you ask me, the movement, the winds, what if this could actually be a sign of unnatural weather patterns? What would happen if this gets stronger? it would be pretty cool to see it happen in the central USA hahah. I grew up in florida and was hit by atleast one hurricane every year so hurricanes are nothing new to me. BUT hurricanes in central USA is new to me lmao could this actually be the start of one? Opinions please :P
