Theres always the magical place that Pirates Flock to but I wouldnt even do that (Obvious legal problems are obvious.) and I dont use VB6 so good luck getting one although if your experienced in Programming you could always write your own engine if not your out of luck cause obtaining VB6 legally I think will be a pain as its not free..And I dont know any place that would sell it but check amazon or ebay they may have it (Not for sure though.) Best of luck 
Edit: Found a link on amazon.. Its $500 out of the box and $1600 brand new. So unless your willing go for it.

Agreed the concept is amazing I was aim for something survival in arena where you build weapons and your objective is to defeat your enemy team type thing. And player hosting the server is a good idea. As far a rewarding dont reward them unless its on like a "Ranked Server" that you host. That way theres no cheating/Boosting. That was my concept at least have fun :DD

Alright well this is a silly question but its got me stuck for a bit. I'm trying to make a talent system for a lack of better words and so far it works great up to a point. You cant see how many so called talent points you have. So if anyone could point me in the direction of how to make a label update with how many talent points you have it would be very appreciated <3 -
