[[Sky] Adding Faces in Event ShowText?]

So I totally thought this was going to be a thing I could do in a couple programming sessions and ended up just lost. Basically, I want to add faces (images) into the text area of an event page (for NPCs, etc). I'm using Skywyre engine. I'm essentially looking to do something similar to how EO 4.3.4 handles adding faces (A button on ShowText to select a Face image\That image shows up off to the left of the text)

I've searched the forums for a while on this topic for tutorials, and I haven't come across one. Also looked into the other Dx8 engines for reference and found none of them did this. Is it even possible? I couldn't open EO 4.3.4 in VB6 to look through how it is handled on that engine.

Not looking for a full tutorial (unless one exists) - Just a general is it possible question at this point. I'm a mere journeyman programmer so this is something I'd gladly pay someone to implement down the line if it's a big endeavor.
