Anyway, I just feel that nobody should kill anyone. The killer might be the lowest of the low, a pile of steaming shit, but a life is a life.
IMO, lock them up in a small steel cell, feed them twice a day on whatever mush is left over from pig-feed and don't ever let them out -

100% against the death penalty. Luckily I like in Britain, so it hasn't been here for decades. I have no idea why the US clings to it.

But women are also at more danger from rape or attack. If a woman is alone in an alleyway, she's in more danger from a group of muggers than most guys are. -

Anyway, who cares what gender they are? If they're happy being the opposite sex then let them be the opposite sex. -
The perspective is just… what?
First of all the tiles look vertical, facing the player. They look far too flat, they need some forced perspective. Try making them darker slightly as they get further away.
Also, the walls look as if you're viewing from above, the trees from the front and the bench from a 45 degree angle. You need to pick a viewpoint and stick to it. -
Plus chat bubbles and animated tiles are already done.

Weird. It's not occurring for me, but it has done in the past. It lasts for a couple of days then goes away, though it doesn't happen frequently.

If you are going to do that, make the graphics dark and only use splashes of colour - like the red on Little Red Riding Hood's little red riding hood.
Also use the original fairy tales, none of the Disney shit. Like Snow White, the Queen ate her liver and lungs, or The Little Mermaid, where she sold her voice to a sea witch to be able to breathe above water, sliced her tail in two and forced herself to walk on it, only for the Prince to fall in love with someone else, so she murdered him and his wife, then died a lonely, mute recluse.
Make it unnerving and freaky. -
Depends.
Everything in that game (Graphics, music and the like) should be owned by you. Even if you got something from Google, it is most likely copyrighted if it's any good, or is only in use under a Creative Commons License.
After you've checked that everything is 100% clean, you still need to ensure people can't get hold of your client without having paid for it, which is nigh on impossible without some effective programming. People can easily buy the client, then post it on Mediafire and send the link to tonnes of other people, making your game worthless. -
