So do i have to use Microsoft paint and how do you put chatbubbles above the players to see what they are saying instead of having to look at the chatbox?

I dont know how to use eclipse origins(current version).I dont know how to make new maps or change them, I dont know how to put chatbubbles above the characters instead of on the chatbox.I dont know how to put new NPCs or put playable characters. I dont even know how to put new spells and animations. for maps every time i try to make new ones it keeps saying tile 1 and when i try to go to tile two it says invalid tile and the whole client closes. I dont know how to put chatbubbles above the characters but i want to learn cause i dont like the cat going on only on the chatbox. every time i try to put NPCs or put playable characters it only shows the characters that i started with when i first got eclipse origins. Every time i try to put new spellicons and spell animations, the animations wont show and the spellicons only show the spells i created not the ones i found and the resources only show the two basic resources on the editresources not the ones i found.
