Most times you do it if you don't have a router. -
Just look for a tut on the forum, port-forwarding usually doesn't cost anything.

Also the tile sets of your game, the first tile you use every other tile has to have the same bg color.

Are you sure that's all?I figured you would have to rearrange some things but, then again you can actually use a sprite converter there are many of them around that do that format. -

You need to know visual basic coding it's not just a simple program with drag and drops, here's what I recommend. -
