and when I change the file background.jpg for the main menu, pack it and then update it dosnt update
the clients version of the background image.
any help please? -

I found that number 3 is bitmap but rest are .png
will this 1 stop all from working? -
they are .png and no numbers are missing

Hey guys im using eclipse advanced 3.0.10, I added loads of new tilesetes, sprites and faces. but they now dont show up ingame any idears?

Hey guys highonpaint (Aaron) here and I am making a new game and would like a dedicated team to help. I hope you will join and become a valued member of our team.
About me:
I am highonpaint (Aaron) I am a 19 year old male from London and currently working as a chef. I have always loved games ever since I played Mario as a kid right up to now where I play games such as Mario, Grand Fantasia, Modern warfare 3 and Minecraft. I also have other hobbies which include Skateboarding, reading and playing my guitar. I first started taking up game dev in 2009 where I started on a Mario fanbased game It was completed and I gave it to a friend who didnt keep it running. I have been absent from making games since September 2010 but have now come back fresh minded and ready to go. I am a very calm person and always open to new ideas and constructive criticism.
What I plan to do:
The game I plan on making is called Eternal Fall (could be changed). It will be a mmorpg with a class system which allows you to duel class (primary which cant be changed i.e warrior, and a secondary class which can be changed as long as you talk to the class npc). A fully working resource engine (fishing, mining, woodcutting, smithing, fletching and so on and so fourth). I hope it to become a closed beta game when we reach a stable enough stage to call it "beta".
What I would like the finished game to have:
- Fully Working resource engine
- Duel class engine
- Resolution support
- Enhanced gui (to be determined)
- Summon support
- Questing support
- Guilds
- Player houses
- PVP battles
- Patcher
- 100% uptime
- Full dedicated team
- Dungeons
Who I am looking for:
I am looking for a team that is DEDICATED, weather this is full time or not dosnt matter you just need to be committed to the role. You can have as much or as little experience as you like (If you are new and willing to learn you are welcome). You have to be willing to work as a team, take ideas and be a good team player. you will have a 1 week trial period to back out of the project at any given time without letting me know (if you want to leave after that period simply inform me please)

- Tester (5) (Not Available yet)
I am sorry but I am unable to pay you for your services but if and when I time does come that we start making money from the game you will then be paid.

ok thanks and then can the tile be anywhere or do i need to input a certain command saying that it can be anywhere on the map?

Hey guys Paint here and I was just wondering if someone has or could make , help me make a save script? by save script I mean the person walk over a certain tile and a save option pops up stating weather or not said person would like to save. when a person saves, they re spawn at the last place they saved, so to get closer and closer to where you are at all times you need to save at different save points. if a player hasn't saved then they have to re spawn at the very beginning of the game!

yes it is midi i used it for eclipse evolution 2.7 and i placed it in the right folder (music folder)

Hey guys im using Eclipse Omega (because someone said it would add great feature's) but when i add new music (mario music) it dosnt show up in tha game, and i have to keep the two music giles that came with e.o otherwise the game bugs out ansd it getse really annoying anyway to make my music play?

Hi guys high on paint here. I just wanted to let you know about my new game im working on called: mario and the unknown region! this is a mario unlike any other this is new and original and is mixed up with ANOTHER GAME!!! yes thats right I have decided to mix this game with anuther game so now you can not only help the whole mario region but now you can also help a entire new region!!! this region/game has been decided but I wont give it away(just to see what you guys think it is!) anyway this game is only in alpha stage but im steadily working towards getting it to the beta!!! this mario game does include alott of features that no mario game has offered before like:
Quests
pvp guild battles
guild quests and bosses
single player storyline
save points(so you respawn at your last save)
a portal (that you accidently fall into and end up in another region)
side quests/tasks
player houses
open your own buisness(just ask me and pay a small shop fee ofcourse)
and much,much more
at the moment im working on this game alone so I am looking for a dedicated and responsible team to help! I have the following places availible:
mappers
scripters
pixel artits
admins
testers(not untill beta)
there WILL be screen shots but NOT UNTILL A FEW DAYS BEFOR THE BETA! so happy gaming and I hope I see some of you on my gaming team : ) -
