The problem is that I'm pretty sure he can't do it, that being the reason he asked for an engine with the features. -
I think Dragon Eclipse is the closest one to the features you listed.

Yes, but you will have to code it, or pay someone to do it, maybe you can even get someone to do it for you for free or find a tutorial for it here on the forums.
