I just installed EO_Runtimes and it worked fine. Updates to Direct X might help.

ok, i didnt quite understand you but i think i have the solution. there is this file made by GodLord, its a patch for the Eclipse-Stable and others follow the installation file and that should fix it, other than that it just might be your computer running slow MIGHT be, hope this helped. im going to attach the Winrar Zip that has the update in it. -

And that both ports are the same, i suggest if its still in editing, put both to 4000
in Client folder open Config.ini and change port from whatever to 4000
Proceed to server folder and go into the file Data.ini and change the Port to 4000 aswell, the ip can be configured in the main menu i suggest using ip:127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 (hope this helps alot) -

I think to fix that you'd have to go into the npc and edit it, the bottom right it shows:Dropping so and so until it gets to where it says chances.
when you see that its either 1 out of 0 or 1out of 1….its one of the two

Yep. that one works real great too, ive used that one before the program i just posted,my cousin showed me this one -
yes, there is a FREE Program called ConvertXtoDVD3 it will convert the video into the required format, and right after burn it into the DVD for you, it gives you different menus to chose from and everything. if your map has a astrick at the end and you have a sprite change attribute out it will show the sprites, u can also add costs, or other things required to purchase the sprite.
