it still shows checking…

[Connecting from Checked]

I dowloaded library files, eclipse client and then opened server.
My Server IP is 127.0.0.1 and Port 4000
But it keeps showing me Checking… and doesn't connect no matter how long i wait.
I even restarted comptuter.

Why is this happening and how can i fix this?

At Server Status, it says Checking… and its been minutes and still checking...
Whats wrong?
