[How to run Eclipse on windows 7 [Updated]]

Im running Windows 7 and i just installed library files and all that as the tutorial said i should.
But i run the client and all the buttons are out of wack. Like pressing the button below opens the thing above so creating a new account i have to click the button below to do it and some of the buttons are behind the fill in areas.
Its happened with other programs before.
Please help
