It's very much so possible, as for a formula, it's easy to come up with.
Speed = ((PlayerLevel*0.01)+Initial Speed)
Initial, the speed you start, or begin with.
I would give you the code, but I haven't used VB6 in a long time, sorry. -
Okay, I would like to help out with spell animations, but it might take me a couple of minutes to convert some of my work to GIF and upload it. I'll send you a PM, okay.
