Why does his C# engine open this so called "amiga disk files", then. What I was saying was his engine obviously uses a different method, by the sounds of it amiga isn't the most optimal thing to use for a c# texture. -

Because they're not .amiga disk files. How do you know they were make by amiga? Amiga is a game emulator.. right? Anyone can make their own file extension. You've got to search the source and find their loading method.
