Looking for Addition to ''our'' team

due to problems with our previous project (snowcraft as a minecraft server witch quit due to money problems)
me the owner of ''snowcraft minecraft server'' and a former admin(friend) have started on an new project

''Snowcraft adventures online''
due to limited artistic skills
we are looking for people to join our project
and what is an better place too look at then the forum we got our main engine at.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE/I HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY THIS IS AN "If you want to help out'' Project and we/i cant pay you :/

we/i are looking for:
graphic team leader
graphic artist's
graphic gui specialist's
sound team leader(will also be working at music btw)
sound artist
sound finder (you will try to find ''royalty free music'' that we can use for free)
programmer (you will make changes to the main engine like pet system friend list etc also note that we use event system)
moderator's (will look after chat e.g checking chat helping players out etc
level team leader
level builder
level builder/event creator
and yes also an
beta tester (you will be used to test stuff etc)

phew that was an lot to tell also
please also note that:
1\. we/i can not pay you due to money/job problems
2\. all content will not be sold to other's and we will only use it in snowcraft adventures online
3\. you may join multiple spots (if available)
4\. you will be put in credits of the game(username unless asked otherwise)
5\. the project (when fully done) will be partly free any profit made will be split by the amount of people helped out and given to every person through paypal
6.server is (will be changed later) hosted from my home computer and will not be online 24/7
7.when helped out ill <3 you forever ^.^ (or hate…..)

Hai thar I think being a mod or a beta tester would be awesome I have a mc server myself so I know whats its like to be a mod/admin currently im learning how to make pixel art and sprites ps I love making maps if I have a tile set to work with and instruction on what to make I can build it  hope to work with you soon (sorry for bad punctuation ._. On phone so I forget periods XD)

-monitoring the chat

-possibly sprites

-helping people out like of they get glitched

-I will be active definitely

As a beta tester

I meant the OP, he is having people do graphics, programming, mapping, item making etc. That leaves him doing what exactly? Basically having people make his WHOLE GAME, and he just gets to run it…?

You can do all theese stuff alone without any help and team. I have tryed pixel art, vb6 coding on free hand, hosting server, monitoring and even more, yes maybe it it bit difficult but noone makes you to do this… Its like hobby.

Lol you cant pay but your looking for so mutch people to work with you for free... What people will get for free pixel art or gui making for you? For now I suggest you do this all yourself and maybe it will be mutch better than asking for someone else, also learning new stuff wount go bad for you.

its to help me and shadow(not on form) im already doing most work the team question is just to make the game faster/nicer and overall im trying to do most work myself if its hard ill ask help but most stuff like mapping testing and event coding i can do myself ^^
