Run-time Error '5': Invalid Procedure call or Argument

I am getting "Run-time Error '5'" every time I run the game. The game runs perfectly fine with the Mirror 1 download. I have re-installed the files but nothing happened. Help?

I have DX8 installed right now, Could that be the problem?

Thanks, I'll try that. But i might not because I have started to use java to program it.
