Rob Janes Posted January 20, 2011 Share Posted January 20, 2011 Yes, I spent 15 grand in students loans and two years of schooling to be an ambulance driver…......I'm a paramedic lol ;)Edit; ambulance driver is a stigma we are trying to break away from. Ten years ago, sure. Up here a paramedic would be similar to say a mobile nurse except we follow strict medical protocols and can identify and treat (iv's etc) with tons of medication that would normally be given in the er by a doc.
