Although that's quite silly, in my opinion, what other people think regarding the two and the disparities between them is quite subjective, but I do have to agree with them; WoW is far superior. It's far more polished in general and combat is far superior in that it's smoother and faster (and there's more of it). I do have to agree that Rift's classes and their skill tree's are superior to WoW's since they aren't quite as homogeneous and deprecated; WoW talent tree's use to be far more extensive and rewarding (and punishing) than they are now.
