Rhemsis
I use a combination of Fireworks MX 2004 and good ol' fashion MS Paint. You can get a free trial download of Fireworks MX 2004 _, and from there google becomes your friend in finding that serial number to your full version of Fireworks that you…misplaced._
Oizumi03
Lol, 1337 haxorz!=3I make my own with the TuT in the GUI section, much easier. xDExcept it's completely outdated so I have to work with what I got.
Orechalcos
Use GIMP. It's exactly like PSCS3, but its free. I never ended up using it because we got photoshop in the end, for free aswell, so I don't know the web address. And don't ask where I got the free PS, there was a trojan horse in it. Still, we got photoshop.
Sterling
Don't limit yourself to the use of 1 program for editing if you can. I use a combination of Paint.net, MSPaint, and Gimp. Occasionally I turn to Photoshop, but usually Gimp has what i need. GIMP and Paint.net are free and should cover most of what you need.
