Robin
GUI is absolutely terrible.Learn about visual weighting. You're obviously trying to be different with the chat box. It doesn't work. The buttons are just some lines, same with the rest of the GUI.You've just pasted bits of 'wood' (and I use that term _very_ loosely.) into some loose outline that looks like you didn't plan it out at all.As for the tiles, they're tiled far too much. L0lz
Odd formation of windows, boxes, etc. Best thing you can do ATM is fix the formation of stuff, re-think it over. Also, please for the love of Wood, change the texture.
cheatking
@Robin:> As for the tiles, they're tiled far too much.I don't understand what you mean by this.

Robin
That's a component. Go create your own graphics for it.
cheatking
Any better?![](http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa33/Cheatkinguk/B01-1.jpg)
Robin
Why is the text so low? Centralize it. It's better, but doesn't fit in with the GUI. And it's hardly the biggest problem. Sort your layout out first, then re-do all the textures, _then_ do superfluous things like buttons.
Niko
Yeah the layout isn't horrible, but the thin tall chat boxes hardly ever work. Though yours is somewhat thick. None the less. Are those custom tiles? because they do no transition very well.

Shadowmancer
Make the buttons corners rounded a bit more, and add a box where people could chat. 5/10EDIT: i mean make the box bigger, not much there.
Elder-Bunny
The gui isn't great, it's just a bad wood background with boxes. As for the tileset, the tall grass is okay… yet horribly tiled. The stump seems half presentable, besides that gray crap underneath it. The short grass or whatever it is is absolutely horrid.
