Its taken allot longer than I would of liked, See spoiler below of why it's taken me longer to do anything, Luckily I fixed it today (literally 3 mins ago; had to celebrate first!) I completely forgot I needed Unity Pro to use the -batchmode, and my Auth server was not authing anyone and thus it was a fresh character every time. Without the -batchmode it failed to load the account saver/loader and then spewed out thousands of errors into the output.txt. I am so [blank]ing happy. Seriously. Days and days of this, 400+ Debug lines of code added and removed and it was a simple 3 second job, nothing showed it was all just placed in a .txt hidden deep in a folder. I miss VB for the breakpoint and been able to hover over stuff in the code.

Multiple servers can now be accessed, all using the same Auth server so joining a different server will keep character information. See below for a screenie. I also managed to get some GIF's as recording and editing a video isn't my strong point.

Going to be SLOWLY uploading videos of some stuff in the game, My upload speed diabolical, so please forgive the short videos and anything else bad about the recording as I suck at every part of this.

I recorded them all whilst running in Unity, So I could capture any errors that might show. The mouse cursor is being weird in the videos, but its not like that on my screen.

This took me 40+ mins to upload a 3:43 video #weeps

Thanks guys,

Really good news today, Thanks to Unity 5, I no longer have to run stuff locally! I didn't want to spend $75 a month whilst working on the game, Now I don't have to! I can use -batchmode without buying Pro license. Before the server needed a graphics card because only Pro users could use -batchmode which removed the graphical side of unity so it can be run on VPS/Dedicated servers. Thanks Unity one happy guy :D .

I have spent the day re-compiling and uploading all the server stuff to my dedicated server. Unfortunately, I needed to upgrade my package as I need more RAM. But I have just doubled my RAM for testing :). This also means I lost all my Legendary gear and my mount! I can still enter the game and do my usual stuff in-game, etc., without any issues, ~~It just takes a while to log me in as the dedicated server also acts as a web server for the game too so it throttled out~~. Hopefully I can test effectively and see if I reach my RAM limit, if so it's going to cost a fortune for the server lol.

Updates!

Thanks again to Unity 5, all my outdated API's have been successfully updated and replaced with newer versions. I have noticed a slight decrease in the loading of the character and the world.

The server and in game worlds got a re-haul today to help decrease the amount of information sent between the client and the server. The whole map you are on is rendered when selecting the Shard. Trees also render when closer to them so help with highly populated maps.

New Player Protection (NPP) has been added, monsters will no longer attack you until you hit level 5, then you are on your own! This gives any player the chance to explore and get to grips with the style of game before being AoS'd by any monsters.

Added Unicorn and Horse mounts yesterday, There are now these mounts:

Horse (Brown),

Horse (White),

Horse (Black),

Horse (Armored, Brown),

Horse (Armored, White),

Horse (Armored, Black),

Unicorn,

Dinosaur.

Spells:

Now, you can't just spam the spell keys, you really have to think what you are doing. Spells now damage EVERYTHING. This means those AoE spells? Yeah, they'll hurt you too. Just the way a MMO should be. None of this spamming spells without a care in the world. That huge wall of fire you cast to stop that huge Dragon? Yes, that hurts you too!

OK Shut up and show me some video!

Noted, and added them into spoilers, I noticed myself everything jumps about as they load which made it a hassle.

Had Omega online today, Found a few issues that need fixing and would like to thank him for coming on and testing the game, It's really helped and I'm hoping to fix the issues raised as soon as possible.

Knew I should of taken some pictures of our time together killing zombies :(.

Fixed been kicked for no reason, animation errors for spells and npc casting, 

Bugs:

Inventory - not been able to equip/remove equipped items sometimes

Spell bar not compiling with client and stops server selection list from showing

MOTD not loading or showing

Hey,

Yeah, I'm looking into fixing the ground textures :) . Changed chat so its no longer hovering in mid air, and increased chat length to 60 chars per sentence (It was 40, and only displayed max 3 lines before), its now wider and taller and with adjusted scrollbar.

Closing the "Dol" shop now closes inventory as well,

The position of the % has been moved to the right hand side,

Removed secondary "MOTD" as the main menu News box will display anything needed, No need to have the extra workload,

Temporary removed my anti-speed hack, as it kept on kicking everyone for no reason - .exe only, not Unity,

Fixed all known issues raised by Omega (a long list!),

Removed temporary backup download of server list - no longer needed as original server list code optimized and fixed.

Coming Up:

In the next few days these are my plans:

Add an inventory icon for deeds for houses - causes an error rendering null,

Adjust spells mana cost,

Remove all npcs from the random spawn event, and just had 1 monster for testing,

Change GUI,

Make more videos - Really need to capture Omega slaying like a pro!,

Make a website,

Get a Forum,

Release Alpha for networking and latency testing.

Looking for someone to make a small website and for someone to make my threads/posts/news etc. Look snazzy. Formatting and cool little pictures that make it look like i know what I'm doing :)   . Can pay after the work is done, but please don't expect hundreds of dollars. You scratch my back I scratch yours.

Just had my operation on Saturday and still recovering, 

Small updates:

Camera adjustments: Terrain details now render fully on map load, Camera has been adjusted and camera movement speed has been changed. Trees and grasses now sway in wind and now render from a longer distance.

Mob spawns have been adjusted, Trying to find a better way to spawn mobs.

Textures have been adjusted again to fit in with the scale of the player/mobs.

Server has had a second upgrade.

Fixed the "being able to hit unspawned mobs" bug.

Bought lots of mapping prefabs.

The Admin app is now 99% functional. I closed all servers, but the Account Server, loaded up my app and started all servers with the press of a button. No more downtime! Just need to have them close/save, if open, before starting them.

The game actually works on Android, just having the macro.cfg missing and not been able to find where the game installed to copy the cfg my self is preventing the server list from being shown.

All classes can use all crafts below, but each class gets a x3 bonus to the following:

Warriors: Blacksmithing, mining 

Mages: Inscription, Tailoring

Guardians: Cartograpy (treasure hunter), Taming

Quests:

You can now do quests. I have limited this to 3 maximum active until testing is done. (Hover over for reward and time based quests added)
