Because I try to press it but I have win 7 so it changes it to Aero theme, and now the Arrow to Tile is off. (Ex: I hover my mouse over the tile I want to edit, but it selects a tile that's like 3 down from it.) Everyone (Australia, US, Canada) uses Shift+` to make tilde.But yeah, the key left of 1 would be ` or ~ (with shift), neither of which work.
