Event: Trying to increase the shop price limit above 32.6k (or something like that)

I already know that I need to increase something, but i have no clue as to what that may be. I've seen some suggestions as to what to do, but I'm really not sure how to go about this since they all seemed pretty confusing and not direct to me. I'm not sure WHERE to change this variable so could anyone point me in the right direction?
