You know what this needs,

A PvP Ranking System Wise Rock likes!

You should make a system where you can earn titles in-game and they require a certain amount of kills

EXAMPLE (Wise Rock uses World of Warcraft Example, Wise Rock no play WoW Anymore)

Private Wise Rock - 20 Kills

Grunt Wise Rock - 100 Kills

Sergeant Wise Rock - 200 Kills and it goes on…

High Warlord Wise Rock - 50k Kills <--- Wise Rock Likes

> Maybe it could be the resource fishing spot and you place the resource on map and if you have a fishing rod and you use it, it randomized the fish you can get or anyone else have a suggestion?

Wise Rocks believes this is possible through the Event System

The current eventing system seems to have a limit of 99 events per map, plus even if you did go beyond this the map would probably lag a lot.

I like the resource idea.

EDIT: Also, I think it would be cool if you could add in custom gui position/size ability like the one program EO4 comes with.

Id say fishing isnt much different than any other resource collecting job like mining or woodcutting so if you already had an editor for something like that it wouldnt take much changing..  just add multiple drops with percentage chance of each drop.

they all work very similarly..

X marks the spot of the resource

use ITEM on the spot

get item from resource

resource tile disapears/changes

so,

mining:

here is a rock

use pickaxe on the rock

get ore from the rock

rock is gone.

woodcutting

here is a tree

use axe on the tree

get wood from the tree

tree is gone.

here is a fishing spot

use fishing pole on the spot

get fish from the spot

spot is gone

herbalism

here is a herb

use no item on the spot

get herb

herb tile is gone

> so like a new editor for "fish" like the npc ones kind of and on map theirs a fish attribute and when you click it you choose 10 fish or however many and then place the attribute. this what people like?

Or you could create a map attribute sort of like shops, where you pre-load it with items of your choosing, and interacting with that attribute randomly dishes out one of the items. You could even put in probability for certain items. That way you could use the system for more than just fishing, it could be used for anything.

The only problem with this is that it get boring and way too simple, you can only have one type of fish per spot, that's the issue.
