Eclipse Stable game. Help!

Im starting a new game in eclipse stable. I need help to make skills like wood cutting fishing and herblore.
I also need help with the map amount and size allowed and items amount allowed. The last thing is i need help with making custom armor and tiles for the biger sprites. I know its alot but im just starting  XD.
