I have a full body gorilla suit that I like to run around in. Wore it to school last year. However I wont be doing it this year since my college is so ghetto and I would probably get beat up.

That's not going to work.

The best you can do is put a black piece of paper in front of your face with a scary grin painted onto it. It'll look shabby as hell.

Besides, the kind of people who recognise that are going to be sat indoors crying rather than going out and having fun getting sweets from strangers.

1.Hallowen mask/hood that hides face
2.Simple makeup and glowstick(seen face painted,rest of face coated in black(pin glowstick to top of the hood))
3.Old biker jacket(second hand store,so no real loss butchering the sleeves)
4.Solid set of boots
5.Black Cargo Pants
6.Chains would have to check second hand stores and farming supply/hardware stores
