Hosting A Server WITHOUT Portforwarding

Actually, If you run Vuze first you will most definitely get a "Address in use" error. You need to run the server before Vuze, and when you do the server should say it has received a connection from your internal address eg.(198.162.x.x)

If the server received that connection other people who download your client should be able to connect.

Agreed with Ryo. But it's also better to just get a server to host it off of. Or use a small VPS if you're just a beginner and need a small host.

http://ucvhost.com helped me a bit on my web hosting server for a while, but then I went back to free hosts.

So it's just a matter of what you can do.
