However you will need to build a grf file (it could be as small as you want, it's basically a fancy compressed file that the patcher needs to accept first).The setup is quite simple for it, and one can skin it in many different ways.Hope this helps!#################**Edit: I believe vbgore has a server/client updater packaged with its engine. This should be VB6\.
