If you already have those implemented, i believe the command is /questeditor for quests, or something along those lines. Look in the tutorial for the quest system, and for the guild system. You mean "if he already used a custom version or copy a tutorial".For quest, look in the tutorial section and search for Alatar's quest system, and for Guild, look at Scott's guild system.You can easily code both of them if you have the knowledge. It's not very hard and I believe you can do it.
