if i use no-ip, do i still do TCP port 7001? i read something about port 80..

it says i have to have a static IP, last time i tried that, i messed my internet up big time

Okay, i turned off my antivirus while i unzipped it (webroot antivirus) but when i tried to run it, it just like deleted the server application.
