i cant get them to work? they dont make the spaces transparent? tried coloring them pink like the original ones but it didnt work. got any ideas?

Im a noob and i want to have a house for players that they can buy. now i know there is a atribute for this in the map editor but how do i use this? like how do i set it up make it so people can edit the houses… So yeah i really need help with this if you can help me do so! ;)
