Try installing [this](http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5721). If you are using the enterprise edition, switching to the professional edition worked for me.

This looks great. I've followed the five minute quickstart guide and uploaded a Java starter package. I can't wait to get coding.

If you've got Photoshop or Fireworks, I suggest you use them, they're very powerful software.
