Well, first of all, is the animation in graphics/animation/ ? Make sure that's were it is, Second… Make sure your animation isn't accidentally deleted, also don't use GIMP just make it in GIMP then select all, press copy, then go to paint, paste then save it from paint to your graphics/animation/ folder, GIMP can eff' things up sometimes.

Well, it's usefull in the fact that most people don't really understand most of the grids, this one tells you were to position the sprite, where to point the sprite at and stuff like that.

And this is Death's Keeper here with ANOTHER resource download lol i have alot of them huh…. well anyways here is the point ok so alot of people have problems with making sprites, well look ive got the solution and that solution is, well here let this show you: >! Death's Keeper's sprite grid tutorial - First you need to download [this](http://199.91.153.227/35l0bee0t1zg/o2ghukw6rc00lc9/Sprite+Grid.bmp/) then you need to make a new bitmap image like this (if you cant see GO DOWN MORE I GOT INSTRUCTIONS):  for all you who cant see lol: 1\. Right click were you want the bitmap to be. 2\. Look for "New" on the list thing. 3\. Look for " Bitmap Image " ok then open it in paint or what ever you like to edit photos in then open my grid then resize were you can put both on screen where you can see at same time then look at mine okay now first on top = how legs AND ARMS (NOTE ANNNND ARRRRMMMMSSS!!!) on bottom = direction sprite faces now to you who dont know what idle means idle means still so you sprite will just stand there and who peeps who forgot which way is which (-.-) left = :) so enjoy :)))))
