Link your game accounts to the group accounts on your forum ( I recommend mybb ). When a user buys premium etc it could change the permissions via the group. Although for dollar amount items, not sure.

Your asking for too much, no one is going to put actual effort into making a FULL game ui. I could understand just the game ui but asking for Credit Ui, Login, All the boxes is a bit absurd imo for just forum points… If this was just a "Show us your Design Skills and make a game ui" I think more talent would appear Jus' sayin

For your bg, its alright. Use a dynamic map or something from your game. The text looks like complete shit, use something from dafont.com that isn't as cursive-ish. Place a box around the login field, it looks odd with floating text "username / password" overall 2/10 May be harsh, but honest.
