For indie developers, I have done $30-$50 per completed, approved track. So, in other words, instead of doing one big flat rate fee, I can work on a track by track basis. It is better on both ends. ( if a developer originally wanted 5 tracks and then suddenly decides they only need 3) - they can just pay one track at a time.
